Aromas of fragrant black cherry, cherrywood and delicate vanilla lead into a full-bodied red brimful of black plum, blck cherry and cedar flavours. Among the subtleties is a hint of black olives. Easy on the palate - and the wallet. Smooth and light bodied, with a gentle apple character. The latest vintage of this basically unoaked chardonnay shows off pear and apple aromas, with a hint of subtle floral notes.Serve with pasta salads, white fish, hard cheeses and roast chicken.
